CASAS PARATY LTDA
RESERVATIONS
To validate a reservation, clients must send proof of payment along with the following information:
• Full name
• Date of birth
• ID number or passport number
• CPF (Brazilian taxpayer ID)
• Address / Neighborhood / City / Postal Code
• Phone number
To reserve one of our properties, we require a deposit of 50% of the total rental amount, payable upfront or in installments via Pix until check-in. The remaining balance must be paid upon check-in before entering the property.
Payments may be made by bank transfer, Pix, or credit card. Upon arrival, payments may be made via Pix or cash. Checks are not accepted.
To allocate your payment correctly, we always request proof of transfer via e-mail or WhatsApp.
Your reservation will be validated once Casas Paraty Ltda’s reservation department sends a confirmation e-mail.
CHECK-IN
Check-in time: from 2:00 pm
Guests must inform us of their estimated time of arrival and provide a contact number. During check-in, the guest will receive a code to open the safe containing the property keys.
If the guest arrives before the official check-in time (2:00 pm) and the property is available and ready, early check-in between 6:00 am and 2:00 pm may be arranged for an additional fee, to be agreed upon with the company.
CHECK-OUT
Check-out time: between 6:00 am and 10:00 am. Guests must switch off all lights and air conditioning, dispose of trash near the barbecue area, and return the keys to the safe.
If the property is available and the guest wishes to check out later (between 10:00 am and 5:00 pm), a late check-out fee will apply and must be paid upon arrival.
If check-out is not completed on time, a 30-minute grace period will be granted. After that, a fine of BRL 50 will be charged.
CANCELLATION AND DATE CHANGES
Cancellations within 42 days prior to arrival or no-shows will result in the forfeiture of the deposit, except in cases of death or proven illness of the guest or a close relative.
No refund will be granted if the guest leaves the property before the agreed check-out date.
Date changes will only be allowed with written confirmation from the company, and new dates may not fall within high season, holidays, or regional festivities.
The company reserves the right to immediately terminate the rental contract, without refund, in the following cases: exceeding the maximum occupancy defined on our website, disturbance of neighborhood peace, violation of condominium rules, hosting parties, consumption of illegal drugs, bringing pets without prior authorization, or failure to pay the rental amount in full.
If the reserved property offers internet or cable TV, the company is not responsible for service failures or connectivity issues, as these are provided by third-party telecom companies. No refunds will be issued for such issues, nor for interruptions caused by ENEL (electricity) or Águas de Paraty (water).
GUEST RESPONSIBILITIES
The guest assumes full responsibility for the rented property and any condominium items. This also applies to other residents and visitors.
All guests and visitors must comply with condominium rules. Any fines imposed by the administration for non-compliance will be immediately payable by the guest and may result in early termination of the rental contract without refund.
VISITORS
Some properties do not allow visitors. Please contact us before booking if visitors are expected so that we may provide a more suitable property.
JURISDICTION
The contracting parties elect the Court of Paraty, RJ, as the competent jurisdiction.
